These terms of service govern the rights and obligations of the operator and users of the "Football Tips AI" service. By registering or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Services and Subscription

The service provides analytical tools and predictions for sports events based on artificial intelligence. All information provided is for informational purposes only.

• Access to premium content requires the purchase of credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and, apart from the statutory right of withdrawal, non-refundable.
• The operator does not guarantee the success of tips.
• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until the user cancels it.
• Credits are added at the beginning of each billing period.
• The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the user profile (/profile). Access and credits remain until the end of the paid period and no further payment will be charged.
• A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it. Unlocking a tip constitutes immediate delivery of digital content, whereby the right of withdrawal in respect of already spent credits ceases to apply.

3. Liability and Risk

The operator bears no responsibility for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of information from the service. The user bets at their own risk and responsibility.
